Handmade Crêpes & Galettes

We use 100% French wheat flour for our Crêpes and 100% French buckwheat flour for our Galettes, making them naturally gluten-free (however, they may contain traces of gluten due to cross-contamination)

Each batch of dough is handmade right here in our Berlin Crêperie.

To create the perfect texture and flavor, we utilize traditional French Crêpe plates, known for their superior heat retention and even cooking.
